Comparison

WeeGrow vs Belkins:an honest comparison

Short answer

If you want LinkedIn on its own, Belkins will not sell you that. Their LinkedIn page says they “always reinforce it with at least cold emails and calls”. Belkins are an omnichannel appointment setting agency, and the only figure they publish is “from $5,000” with no billing period attached to it. WeeGrow are LinkedIn-first and scope each engagement after a free audit. Pick Belkins if you want breadth across email, calling, SMS, LinkedIn and paid ads with a committed annual appointment number. Pick us if LinkedIn is the channel your buyers actually live on and you want it run deeply.

Written by WeeGrow, so read it with that in mind. Every Belkins fact on this page comes from belkins.io and was checked on 26 September 2026, across their home page, pricing page, appointment setting page and LinkedIn lead generation page. Belkins is a trademark of its owner; it is named here for factual comparison only.

01Side by side

Where the two actually differ

Everything in the right-hand column is taken from belkins.io and nowhere else. Where their site is silent, the cell says so rather than guessing. That is deliberate: most of the numbers floating around for this agency come from third-party listicles, not from Belkins.

02Belkins pricing

What Belkins pricing tells you, and what “from $5,000” does not

It is a floor, not a price. The word doing the work in that sentence is “from”, and the figure is described as an average starter price, which means real quotes land above it and below it. More importantly, no billing period is printed next to it. You will find plenty of blog posts asserting that Belkins costs $5,000 a month. Their own site does not say that, and we are not going to say it for them.

Their actual pricing page carries no dollar figures at all. It describes four tiers by annual appointment volume: Growth at 100+ yearly appointments, Growth Plus at 200+, a small business option at 30+ delivered through partnering agencies in their ecosystem, and Enterprise with customisation, integrations, dedicated support and SOC 2 and ISO compliance. Every tier is said to include a full sales audit and strategy mapping, total addressable market calculation and buyer profile refinement.

So the honest read is this: Belkins price by outcome volume, and the public figure exists to filter out buyers who are shopping at a few hundred dollars a month. That is a reasonable way to run an agency. It just means the figure alone cannot be compared with anyone else's until you have asked two questions: per what period, and for what scope.

Three questions before you compare any quote

  1. 01Per what period? A starter figure with no period is not yet a price. Get it in writing as monthly, quarterly or annual before you model anything.
  2. 02For what scope? The Belkins appointment setting page pairs the starter figure with 1,500 leads per month, 3 outreach channels and 100 guaranteed appointments per year. Any comparison quote needs the same three lines filled in.
  3. 03What counts as a meeting? Every agency selling appointments has a definition. Ask for it, ask what happens to no-shows, and ask what happens if the annual number is missed.

For context on where that sits in the market: done-for-you agencies typically run $1,500 to $5,000+ per month, freelancers $500 to $1,500, software $50 to $150 per seat, and an in-house SDR costs roughly $5,500 to $8,500 per month fully loaded on market estimates. We break all of that down in our B2B lead generation cost guide and, for this channel specifically, in our LinkedIn lead generation pricing breakdown. WeeGrow does not publish a rate card, because the honest answer depends on your list size, your deal size and how much of the work you already do in house. You get a scoped quote after a free audit.

03The channel question

The single fact that decides this for most buyers

Belkins are explicit about their method. On their LinkedIn lead generation page they write that “To get the most out of your LinkedIn strategy, we always reinforce it with at least cold emails and calls”, and upon request they will add paid ads, account-based marketing and SMS. Their home page lists the full stack: cold email outreach, cold and intent calling, voicemails, SMS and WhatsApp, LinkedIn lead generation and paid advertising.

Take that at face value, because it is not a caveat buried in a footer, it is their stated approach. If you want LinkedIn bought as a discrete service, perhaps because you already run email in house, or because your compliance team will not authorise cold calling, or because your buyers simply do not answer unknown numbers, then the omnichannel model is not a match for what you are trying to buy. That is the most decision-relevant thing on this page.

It is also worth saying that their position has merit. Layering channels genuinely does lift booked meetings for a lot of companies, particularly where deal sizes are large enough to justify the cost per contact. If you want that full stack bought from one vendor with a committed annual number, Belkins are a credible choice and we would tell you so. Our own B2B appointment setting service exists for buyers who want that breadth from a smaller team, but we lead with LinkedIn lead generation rather than treating it as one line item among six.

Belkins publish "from $5,000" with no billing period attached, and we publish no starter figure at all. 04Belkins reviews

How to read Belkins reviews, and any agency reviews, without being sold to

Belkins have a long review trail and an industry profile to match, which is genuinely useful. The trap is reading a star rating as though it answers your question. It rarely does, because the reviewer almost never bought the same thing you are about to buy.

The other habit worth building is checking whether a published number carries a sample size. Belkins do both. Their LinkedIn service page advertises an 11.8% average reply rate and an up to 70% higher connection acceptance rate with no sample stated, which is ordinary marketing copy. Their research work, by contrast, is properly sized and is some of the better public data in this category: 26% connection acceptance, a 7.2% reply rate counted as replies per message sent across 15.1 million contacts, and a finding that connection requests sent without a note were accepted 27.6% of the time against 25.3% with a note, across 11.5 million requests.

For a second reference point, Expandi measured 28.5% acceptance across 13,218,869 requests, and a 10.4% reply rate across 6,730,447 messages, again counted as replies per message sent. Expandi also report an acceptance range of 17.5% to 40.1%, and it is worth being precise about what that range is: it is the spread between industries, not the spread between individual senders, so it tells you where your sector tends to sit rather than how well any one campaign is targeted. Sized numbers like these are what you should be benchmarking a proposal against, whoever you end up hiring. You can model what that means for your own pipeline in our ROI calculator.

A five minute review audit

  • Did the reviewer buy the same service? An appointment setting review tells you little about the LinkedIn layer.
  • How old is it? Agency delivery teams turn over faster than review pages get refreshed.
  • Is it the same segment and deal size as yours? A $4k ACV review does not predict a $200k committee sale.
  • Who published the ranked list? A large share of best agency lists are written by agencies that appear on them.
  • Does any quoted statistic carry a sample size and a date? If not, it is marketing, not evidence.
  • Ask for two references in your own segment, then actually ring them. It beats every review site.
05Honest fit

We would rather you picked right than picked us

Pick Belkins if

  • You want email, calling, voicemail, SMS, LinkedIn and paid ads bought from one vendor
  • You want a committed annual appointment number you can point at internally
  • Procurement needs SOC 2 or ISO evidence before it will sign anything
  • A starting point from $5,000, the figure they publish, is comfortable and you want scale behind it
  • You want the vendor to own channel strategy end to end rather than plug into yours

Pick WeeGrow if

  • You want LinkedIn run properly as its own channel, not as one line in a stack
  • You already run email or calling in house and only want the LinkedIn layer bought in
  • You want a scoped quote and a named team rather than a tier and a volume target
  • You want every reply handled and qualified before it reaches your calendar
  • You want to own the domains, data and sequences we build with you

Where we are the wrong answer. If your buyers are not meaningfully active on LinkedIn, we are not the right call and a multi-channel shop will serve you better. If you need a contractual number of meetings per year to justify the spend internally, we do not sell that; we commit to the process, the reporting and the qualification bar instead. If you need a vendor with a formal compliance certification on file, ask us first, because we do not publish one. And if you want the cheapest possible managed option, a freelancer at $500 to $1,500 a month will beat both of us on price, with the trade-offs that implies.

WeeGrow is done with you, not done for you. That distinction is the whole model: your team stays in the loop, the systems get built inside your stack, and you keep them. WeeGrow is led by Asfand, who has 8+ years leading B2B sales, most recently as Head of Corporate Sales at InvoZone, with $30M+ in cumulative closed revenue, enterprise deals up to $3M+, and experience across SaaS, technology, fintech, healthcare and telecom. 06FAQ

WeeGrow vs Belkins, answered

  • Belkins publish one dollar figure on their own site: "The average starter price: from $5,000", which appears on their appointment setting page and their LinkedIn lead generation page (checked 26 September 2026). Note what it does not say: no billing period is attached to that figure, so treat anyone quoting it as a flat monthly price with caution, including us. Their actual pricing page carries no dollar figures at all, only four tiers described by annual appointment volume. On the appointment setting page the starter figure sits alongside 1,500 leads per month, 3 outreach channels and 100 guaranteed appointments per year, so ask them to confirm the period and the inclusions in writing.
